In this Mini Bootcamp, El provides simple, practical yet powerful strategies that parents of male junior athletes can use to help guide, enhance and empower their son's own mindset skill development.
Sports Mindset Bootcamp is an evidence-based program that was developed by El Sharp, a former professional athlete with over 40 years experience in sport. El has coached junior athletes for over 20 years, has a Bachelor’s degree with a Psychology Major, and has a son and a daughter who play sport.
