Sports Mindset Bootcamp is an evidence-based program that was developed by El Sharp, a former professional and national level athlete with over 40 years experience in sport. El has coached junior athletes for over 20 years, holds a Bachelor’s degree with a Psychology Major, and has a son and a daughter who play sport.
"I developed the online version of my mindset coaching - SPORTS MINDSET BOOTCAMP-after years of face-to-face coaching junior athletes, to create an accessible, affordable, self-paced way for more young athletes to have the opportunity to experience the power of mindset skills for themselves." - EL SHARP
"This course provides practical, empowering strategies for athletes, coaches, parents, and educators. If programs like this were introduced into schools, they could make a real difference to the mental health, resilience, and mindset of our young people."
- Mrs Natalie Costa, P.E Specialist Teacher.
“Hey El, just wanted to touch base and let you know how Ben* is doing with the program. He has finished all the videos and is moving onto the training diary. He has already been using what he has learnt and it’s definitely having a positive impact on his game and the way he has been handling himself. A MASSIVE thank you for making this program, we are forever grateful.”
- Bek and Cal, parents of Ben*, 11 year old (*name changed)
