Sports Mindset Bootcamp is an evidence-based program that was developed by El Sharp, a former professional and national level athlete with over 40 years experience in sport. El has coached junior athletes for over 20 years, has a Bachelor’s degree with a Psychology Major, and has a son and a daughter who play sport.
"I developed the online version of my mindset coaching - SPORTS MINDSET BOOTCAMP -after years of face-to-face coaching junior athletes, to create an accessible, affordable, self-paced way for more young athletes to have the opportunity to experience the power of mindset skills for themselves." - EL SHARP
"This course provides practical, empowering strategies for athletes, coaches, parents, and educators. If programs like this were introduced into schools, they could make a real difference to the mental health, resilience, and mindset of our young people."
- Mrs Natalie Costa, P.E Specialist Teacher.
“The change I’ve seen in Maddie*, I cannot thank you enough. Her favourite exercise is Just 2 Things. Things that used to worry and stress her before a game don’t seem to as much. Learning Just 2 Things was worth the cost of the program alone.”
- Liv, parent of a 13 year-old girl (*name changed)
“I never realised how much ‘mindset’ could help kids as young as mine. They’re both pretty shy, and the biggest difference I’ve noticed has been their confidence. They love the Printables, especially the Training Diary.”
-Mel, parent of an 11-year-old girl & 12 year-old boy.
